Blue Monday! Live Comic Reading at Over The Moon

Hosted by MuseNMonster, this event blended comics, music, and live performance into a unique experience. At its center was the reading of Chapter 7 from A Night To Remember—a moment where the world of the story truly came to life.

In the comic, the band Blue Monday is a fictional part of the narrative, but for this reading, my friend Fern provided the acoustic beats, creating a live atmosphere that mirrored the energy of the story. Rather than singing the lyrics, I performed them as poetry, letting the words take on new weight with the rhythm behind them.

Beyond the reading, the night featured a variety of singers, dancers, and other acts, making for a layered experience where storytelling merged with live artistry. The vendor setup added another dimension, giving attendees the chance to explore comics and independent creations alongside the performances.
