Farewell to Merola Tile

My time at Merola Tile came to an end at the close of July, and I want to take a moment to acknowledge the experience and everything I learned while I was there. Working in that environment taught me a great deal about organization, communication, and the importance of understanding the full scope of a project from start to finish. I am grateful for the skills I developed and the people I had the chance to work alongside. At the same time, I reached a point where I needed a role that offered growth, stability, and compensation that reflected the work I put in. Leaving was the right step for me, and I am taking the knowledge I gained into the next chapter of my career with a renewed sense of direction and purpose.
