Starting at Merola Tile

After struggling to adapt to the late overnight hours at Amazon, I knew I needed a change. The schedule was draining, and I wanted a job with a standard 8-5 schedule, something that would allow for a more balanced routine.

That’s when I found Merola Tile, where I started as a Foam Associate on the foam team in the warehouse. From the beginning, I appreciated being treated like a human being, working in an environment where I felt valued and respected.

As I learned more about the company, I made it a goal to eventually move into the office. Being in the warehouse was just getting my foot in the door, a necessary first step toward something bigger.

This shift gave me the stability I was looking for, allowing me to focus on my work while maintaining a healthier routine.
