Zeik Dental Jam 9

This October, I returned to Zeik Dental Jam, an event hosted by Telegraph Hill Records, marking my second vending experience there. Having last vended at this event two years ago, it was exciting to come back, especially right after First Fridays the previous night.

With bright sunlight and an outdoor, family-friendly setting, the energy was even bigger this time. Nearly ten musical acts performed throughout the day, keeping the atmosphere lively and dynamic. The mix of performances, local artists, and festivalgoers created a great space for connection.

This event also gave me the chance to experiment with my table setup, testing out the new supplies and equipment I had recently purchased. Each event brings new insights into how to present my work, and this weekend was no different—fine-tuning layouts, seeing what draws people in, and adjusting along the way.

Back-to-back events like this push me to refine what works and rethink how I engage with an audience. Whether at First Fridays, Zeik Dental Jam, or future conventions, the goal remains the same—making sure Mushroom World Comics leaves a lasting impression.
