The Fire Beneath Me - A Night To Remember Chapter 10 at The Asbury Hotel

Updated: Jun 13

I took the stage at The Asbury Hotel, bringing Chapter 10 to life in a whole new way.

This time, we ditched the TV screen and went bigger—using a projector to immerse the audience in the visuals like never before. And instead of Fern on guitar, I was joined by Ken Rapsas, who helped shape the musical experience as we performed Hearts Burst Into Fire, Now, and Blood Red Summer.

This was a highlight moment for me—not just because these were some of my favorite songs, but because this series of live readings has truly become something special in the local scene. People know who I am, they recognize the work, and they look forward to the next installment. These performances have evolved beyond an experiment—they’re now a fixture, an event people anticipate.

Each chapter builds on the last, creating a shared experience, an ongoing story that isn’t just confined to the pages—it lives in the performances, the music, and the anticipation for what’s next.
